Millennia Institute

Being in Millennia Institute I realised

Being in Millennia Institute, I realised my love for Tamil Language which allowed me to venture various aspects in Tamil. Achieving a B, Distinction for my H1 Tamil Language A'Level gave me more confidence to pursue my Diploma.

In 2014, I participated in a Pre-University Tamil Debate Competition and we came in as 1st Runner-up. I was able to show my speaking and argumentative skills via this competition.

In 2014, I was the emcee for the farewell for Indian Cultural Society seniors who were stepping down from the CCA. It was my first experience being an emcee which made me really nervous although it was a small group. However, with the help of my fellow CCA members and friendly seniors, I was able to do a good job. Being an emcee for the first time made me like hosting more than I liked and I am planning to work on that and gain some experiences.

Secondary School

My contribution in my secondary school were always in relation to academic, to learn more techniques which will help me in my education. At least that was what I was thinking back then. Little did I know those skills will be bring me to the path of Tamil Arts and Language.
